COVID-19 Update

Hello all. It has been awhile since I have updated you on the status of the dojo so here goes.
James Sensei has been back in hospital for a second operation and is recovering at home. He is waiting for the all clear from the surgeon, hopefully on the 29th July before being able to comit to making a return to classes.

We are also very mindful of the situation with COVID-19 and the requirements for training under the AIS guidlines for level 3 contact training.

We are formulating a plan to train within the guidlines and will likely start with Adults and Seniors classes followed by Juniors a couple of weeks later.
Please stay up to date by watching here and or the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/aikidokokikai/ to know when classes will resume.

Dojo Update

Hi everyone hope you are all staying well in these unusual times. Obviously the Dojo will remain closed until social distancing regulations are relaxed but we are ready to resume classes as soon as possible.

Also, James Sensei is out of hospital and well. There are more tests to be done however before a final prognosis is known.

Try applying these basic principles to your daily regime:
1) Keep one point
2) Relax progressively
3) Correct posture
4) Positive mind
