Kokikai is natural and relaxed Aikido.
The training method concentrates on the 4 principles and developing Ki power. Maruyama sensei says "Minimum effort for Maximum effect" and "The most natural state is the most powerful" so we concentrate on these things to develop better technique without muscles.
